Tire segmented mold werr plate called YMO11 (Without Pb) is double-alloy and non lube bearing metirial formed by sinter bed and metal backing. Sinter bed is mixed with special bearing metirial formed by sinter bed and metal backing. Sinter bed is mixed with special bronze power, black lead and solid lubricants called PTFE.
    When moving, the surface could be covered with tight transfer film with low rub ratio and shearing strength. Carbon steel, stainless steel and copper could be used as metal backing to show high mechanical strength and stability. In addition, cladding meterial on surface could help to bear corrosion.
